1:1 Personal training at SELF Collective is not the same as other gyms.
We offer a comprehensive initial consultation where we sit together to discuss where you are now, what you are wanting to achieve and how YOU can find the power within yourSELF to master your own journey. Sessions are not ONLY physical! We focus on breath work, mindfulness and instilling new belief systems by pushing out of your comfort zone in a safe space. Reformer Pilates 1:1 also available.
Currently, there is no one-on-one in-person availability. However, I am available for online or home programs.
